Role: Quantity Surveyor (no.2)
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience

Role: I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a £12million residential development in Bristol.You will report into a Senior Quantity Surveyor on site and work in a full role including procurement, measurements and valuations, CVRs and final accounts.

The candidate: Ideally you will have worked on a similar site - this is a high specification residential development in Bristol. You will be a project level or intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up and live a commutable distance from Bristol.

Qualifications & Experience:

- HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- CSCS
- Understanding of the principle forms of construction contract and primary current construction legal principles and dispute resolution practices.
- Experience of participating in the successful commercial delivery on a variety of projects and able to demonstrate experience of alternative forms of procurement.
- High computer literacy with Windows packages and industry related software

Salary: Up to £50,000 + company car/car allowance, pension, healthcare and package
