Internal Sales executive: (Ruislip office)

This is a key role within our rapidly growing business. This person will able to work independently with the ability to close the deal on company generated quotes as well as being able to create and develop as many new opportunities as possible.

The right person will be driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated, tenacious, with a proven track record of sales.

• Following up on sales enquiries from customers and quotes generated by the estimators
• Generating high quality sales leads for the business.
• Working to KPI’s as set by the Inside Sales Director
• Setting appointments for sales consultants to meet with potential customers.
• Cold calling to generate new business
• Working closely with the Sales Director and Marketing manager to cultivate facebook and social media interest
• Identifying potential opportunities for new business
• Updating the companies CRM system and setting reminders / tasks to ensure every opportunity is maximised
• Admin support for the Sales Director and Estimator including the sending of quotations and tenders
• General sales administration as required

Key Skills:

• Excellent sales skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with senior executives.
• Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
• Previous experience in an inside sales role
• Experience of the building industry is an advantage but not essential
• Good literacy and use of the English language essential
• Good computer skills including basic word and excel

Salary - £25- 30,000 per annum
