Gimblet Rock is one of the Haulfryn Group’s beach fronted holidays park with a thriving Bar and Restaurant and leisure facilities

We are now seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, customer and standards orientated experienced Chef that has responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Holiday Park Operation at Gimblet Rock in Pwllheli.

You will have relevant experience in the Hotel and Catering industry, together with a thorough understanding through practical experience of statutory food hygiene standards and Health and Safety legislation. You must also be an excellent communicator and be able to show that you are well organised, self-motivated and can work on your own initiative.

As a Chef you will be responsible for:

* Helping with stock control
* Food Preparation
* Delivery of operations
* Training junior kitchen staff members
* General day to day service
* Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations.
