You may already have experience as an Employer's Agent or alternatively you are an Administrator supervising the post-contract processes associated with projects undertaken on behalf of a client. You are comfortable accepting responsibility for delivering excellent outcomes and enjoy the challenges that each different contract provides.

You have good presence and well-honed inter-personal skills enabling you to communicate easily with all parties, ensuring information is processed efficiently and tasks actioned in a timely fashion.

The Partnership

With an extensive team of Employer's Agents this Property and Construction Consultancy delivers services across the South of England with offices based in Southampton. The Partnership has over 30 years' experience in the construction industry providing a full range of Client services including Employer's Agent, Project Management, Building Surveying, Cost Consultancy and CDM Consultancy across a number of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education and Health.

Quality is key, with personal service and Client satisfaction central to the business ethos. Building strong Client relationships allows them to deliver a proactive service which aims to consistently exceed Clients' expectations. They have an extensive portfolio of projects across the private and public sector with the Practice having been selected to participate in a significant number of national Framework Agreements. A significant proportion of the business is associated with the Social Housing sector.

What differentiates this Practice is their commitment to be constantly moving and always open to development and learning. It is this desire to continuously improve which makes them agile to Client' needs in changing market conditions and thereby to generate the value their Clients deserve.

Developing property in the construction industry can sometimes be complicated in an environment which is constantly changing. There are certain needs which can be planned for, but even more that can't; that is why it's nice to have consultants who can apply a breadth of technical capability and experience to plan, reduce and overcome any challenges which may occur.
