The role in a nutshell

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and competent Administrator to join a busy and friendly Business Intelligence team in Leighton Buzzard.  

This is a new and exciting role where you will be helping support and provide administration assistance to the team.

This role is varied and enjoyable and will provide you with a real insight into how Carshop buy, price and sell cars. Depending on your capability, performance and ambition there is also an opportunity to learn the role of an analyst ready for our new store opening. This role would be a promotion with potential earnings of up to £30,000 per annum.

What you will be doing

- You will provide administrative support to the team
- You will help to maintain and update systems
- Producing Trackers and ensuring they are kept up-to-date
- Help to provide information for monthly reporting
- Support projects as required
- Liaising with the team
- Adhoc duties as required

What we expect from you

- A superb knowledge of email, word and excel
- Experience in an Administration role
- Be highly analytical
- Ability to build relationships is critical to this role
- Confidence over the telephone
- Great attention to detail
