Salary: CIRCA £36,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Further Details: We are currently looking for a highly-skilled, experienced Registered Nurse with managerial or supervisory experience to join a Care Home as a Clinical Services Manager. This beautiful Care Home is situated close to Glasgow. Based in picturesque surroundings, the Nursing Home offers general elderly nursing, dementia nursing, palliative care, convalescence, respite and residential care. They can also care for individuals with Parkinson's and Huntington's. The home is split into different houses, each specialising in a different type of care.

Each patient receives tailored care packages to their needs and they are all treated as an individual. The home has achieved an excellent reputation for care quality. The service is always focused on offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment, and providing the highest quality care to all residents. We are looking for newly-qualified or experienced nurses who share this passion for quality care.

The Role: As a Clinical Services Manager / CSM, you will be required to assist the Home and Deputy Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, particularly the clinical aspects of patient care. You will need to have experience of managing other as you'll be required to supervise junior members of nursing staff. You will need to actively promote a positive, proactive and caring atmosphere within the home and ensure that care quality standards are upheld for the wellbeing of the residents. You must be a qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC Pin, and have strong clinical skills.
