As of one our Assessors you will be working across your allocated area (Derbyshire), having a base in the South Normanton office alongside your colleagues and Area Manager. We expect that you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners and employers in their workplaces, which can range from residential care homes to domiciliary care in the community.

We are looking for an assessor on a full time and permanent basis.

The role is open to qualified and unqualified assessors. It is essential that you have experience of working within the Adult Care industry to management level, specifically with elderly/dementia service users. Any further adult care experience as well as elderly/dementia would also be beneficial. You must hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Care. We offer a free and full induction and training package to all.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver, have access to your own vehicle and have the right to live and work in the UK.
