Fixed Term Contract Registered Manager

Location: Wandsworth
Tenure: Fixed Term – 7 Months (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £31,625 Pro Rata
Hours: 39hrs per week

We have an amazing opportunity for you to work on a fixed term contract as a Registered Manager. You will be working in a Respite Service supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and additional health needs.

Wardley Street is a newly refurbished, accessible building with 7 bedrooms. Families have a significant part in shaping the daily delivery of this service which has an outstanding reputation in caring for people, as outlined by the recent CQC inspection report.

We are looking for a Registered Manager who wants to further develop their leadership skills in a vibrant environment. You will be working with a skilled team, families and partners to deliver personalised short break and emergency respite options. You will need to understand the importance of leading by example, modelling the type of behaviour that you expect from others, and forging fantastic relationships with all of your key stakeholders. You will set standards, monitor performance and manage budgets in order to deliver continuous improvement for the people we support.
