Deputy Manager

Location: Orpington, Bromley

Salary: £24,485
Hours: 39hrs per week


Certitude is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to work across 3 of our Supported Living services in Orpington, supporting people with a range of learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Your hours of work will be 39 hours on a flexible shift rota which includes early, afternoon, evening and sleep-in shifts.

You will aim to provide people with a comfortable home environment and ensure that each person is provided with an individual service tailored to their own needs. You will be a motivated individual who delivers great support both to the people living at the service and to your colleagues.

Working as part of the management team, alongside a strong team of Support Workers who have a great impact with the people we support, you will help to maintain the excellent reputation of the services. We are looking for people who have a sound understanding of CQC regulations and the Essential Standards. Most importantly you will be a great team manager, able to motivate and develop teams to deliver person centred, recovery focused support.
