As an English tutor, you will promote high quality teaching, learning and assessment by continually challenging your learners and endorsing best practice among your colleagues in English.

As a successful candidate you will have…
- English and qualification (GCSE Grade A minimum or equivalent working level)
- Experience of identifying, developing and sharing resources focused on teaching, learning and assessment
- Teaching qualification (QTLS as appropriate), or be prepared to undertake this
- Assessor/ IQA qualification, or be prepare to work towards this
- Ideally you will have experience and up to date knowledge of teaching or training experience within English, maths and study skills
- Experience of delivering to apprenticeships, or a keen willingness to acquire this skill
