Monday to Friday -  37 hours per week

Our client is looking to recruit a passionate, dedicated & enthusiastic Administrator with Accounts knowledge to join their rapidly growing business within Worcestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a superb company on a temporary to permanent basis.

The role -

- Purchase Ledger Invoices for contractors & suppliers
- Invoice Queries
- Run Purchase Ledger Reports check & validate for Payment
- Communicate effectively via phone & email with customers, retailers & consumers
- Sales Ledger Invoicing
- General filing & archiving
- General administration
- Answering & transferring incoming calls

 Person specification -

- Must have excellent accuracy & attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated & resilient with a positive outlook and willing to rise to the challenge.
- Must be committed, with excellent timekeeping
- Excellent knowledge of Sage line 50, Excel & Word – Essential
