Deputy Manager - £19,000 - £21,000 + 12.5% Bonus Potential + Structured Training & Continued Career Development.

This is brand that has hundreds of stores throughout the UK and all around the world. Despite this already very wide presence they have exciting plans for future growth in the UK and will be investing millions into opening another 150 new stores over the next few years.

I am looking to recruit an ambitious Deputy who is eager for progression and looking to grow alongside this brand, someone who could see themselves working their way up to becoming a store manager and has ambitions beyond that.

As a Deputy Manager in one of these fun, fast paced stores you will lead a team of 20-25 and support the Store Manager with the day to day operation. Although you will think customer, customer, customer; you will also have a keen eye for detail, and be someone who is passionate about their team and store standards too.

You will focus on effectively running shifts, driving sales and have an influence on recruitment, training and store standards. You will need to be a very 'hands on' manager, someone who loves retail and is passionate about growing / developing themselves and their team. You will create a fun, friendly and professional working environment- one that offers a memorable customer experience and is a great place to work.

Ideally you will already have had experience leading a team in a fast paced retail or hospitality environment, or have some experience in leadership.
Due to the location of this store- You will need to have a drivers licence your own means of transport.
