Operations Support Manager

40 Hours per week

We are currently looking for two individuals to join our growing operations team. The individuals will need to demonstrate passion, commitment and determination to succeed in ensuring our services are financially successful with outstanding compliance and quality. The successful individuals will support the Operations Managers to reach standards and compliance within allocated services; they will directly report to the Operations Managers. It is planned to develop these roles in order for each Operations Manager to be supported by an Operations Support Manager.

Responsibilities will include:

To support the operations manager in daily operational running of the businesses and quality
To carry out quality monitoring visits to the services
To overview compliance actions and support managers to reach the required standard
To work with new managers through the company induction
To support services who do not have a registered manager
To deputise in the operation managers absence
To support registered managers with marketing and building relationships with commissioning teams

Person specification, you will have:
At least 1 year to 18 months experience working at Care Home Manager level, or be able to demonstrate external experience relevant to the position
Current PIN
Good sound knowledge of financial and quality KPI’s & SLA’s
Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff and stakeholders
Experience of dealing with investigations, disciplinary and appeal processes successfully
Good organization skills, be flexible and self-driven to achieve
