Are you looking for a high profile, luxurious counter?

We're currently recruiting for a Counter Manager for a luxurious, cool and creative perfume brand.

They have stores all over the United States, London and now Manchester.

As an experienced and commercially-driven Counter Manager you will take ownership and accountability for the counter. This will include management, development and leadership of a team of Customer Advisors, as well as responsibility for driving financial performance along with recruiting a customer base and building on loyalty. You will be pivotal in promoting the Liz Earle brand and all things naturally active by ensuring a fantastic customer journey throughout. This will include using your detailed product knowledge and skincare expertise to answer any customer queries, educating the customer about skincare routines and helping to select suitable products. You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of product presentation and counter cleanliness at all times, as well as maintaining adequate stock levels.

To be successful in this role you will have previous management experience in a high profile retail brand. You will also have a genuine interest or background in retail therapy. You are used to working in a highly-targeted environment, analysing and reporting on performance data along with driving traffic and sales to the counter.

Your communication skills will be superb and you will have the natural ability to build relationships with various stakeholders, be that customers, colleagues or store staff. A proven track record in driving commercial success is pivotal along with a proactive and positive approach. Your approach will be calm and friendly, even when under pressure. As a manager your agenda will be that of coaching, motivating and enabling staff to realise their full potential
