The company are a well-established name in the heating and ventilation industry and are highly revered within their industry. They have recently created a new role within their sales team to keep up with ever changing demands of their business.

The role will see the candidate responding to customer and client technical queries, responding to e-mail queries as well as general troubleshooting of this business' wide range of products.

The person will be technically minded and have good mathematical ability with the ability to learn technical specifications.

The role:
*Liaising via phone with customer and client sales calls
*Trouble-shooting and fault finding
*Responding to e-mails
*Training on various products

The person:
*Good knowledge of MS Office
*Administration skills
