A market leading financial services business providing credit, intelligence and fraud prevention solutions to SME's, Public Sector Bodies and global organisations is recruiting a Sales Manager to join its growing team.

With revenues exceeding £50m our client operates across Europe and the Sales Manager will lead a team of Telesales Executives through of an exciting period of growth. The company offers and excellent initial and ongoing training and development program designed to ensure your success within the business.

Candidates who have been successful in the position have come from various Sales backgrounds and have at least 12 months managerial or supervisory experience.

As a Sales Manager your duties will be to:

* Proactively manage a team of Telesales Executives, creating an energetic yet professional environgment
* Foster an environment that is engaging, fast paced and competitive
* Work with each team member to provide individual and group training and development
* Implement a varied range of team competitions and incentives
* Lead your team from the front which will include taking repsonsilbility for an inidividual sales target.
* Use CRM software to record sales relevant information.

To be a successful Sales Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

* Commercial experience in telephone experience
* A desire to develop and benefit from a rewarding career
* Motivated by success and money
* Have exceptional motivation skills
* 12 months experience in a managerial / supervisory capactiy
* A high level of written and verbal communication.
* Confident to create and hold telephone conversations with new potential clients.

In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £25 - £28,000 per annum, with uncapped commission and an excellent career pathway with opportunities across the group
