Are you looking for a Permanent role within the Coalville area? Have you developed excellent customer service skills? to assist in the achievement of branch sales, profit and customer service targets working alongside the Commercial Sales Team.

Profile

Within the role, you will work alongside the Commercial Sales Team and by managing existing accounts.

Acting as a daily point of contact for customer sales enquires, you will maintain effective communications and good working relationships to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved.

With a friendly yet professional telephone manner and well developed customer service skills, the successful candidate will have previous experience of a similar role and be confident dealing with new and existing customers in a calm and effective manner.

The role also requires an individual who is IT literate and capable of managing a varied workload in this fast paced environment.

With a high degree of attention to detail and a methodical approach, you will show a genuine interest in and make sure the needs of the customers are met in a way that benefits both the customers and the organisation.

With excellent communication skills, giving you the ability to listen and understand information, will present information in a clear and concise manner and be capable of establishing and maintaining good working relationships.

Location: Coalville

Salary: £16,500 per annum

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-17.00 one week and 9.00-17.30 the other week
