CAS Behavioral Health provides high quality specialist healthcare to adults with a variety of diagnosis including; Mental Health, Learning Disability, Acquired Brain Injury, Autism and Personality Disorder. Our expert knowledge and highly dedicated care enables us to make a positive difference.

We are currently recruiting a Domestic Assistant to work 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday / 08:00 to 14:00 for Devon Lodge. The post holder will be based at a small residential home in Hedge End.
Salary/Benefits: £7.65 p/h, Pension Scheme, Training and development opportunities, cycle to work scheme, DBS paid for.

Devon Lodge is a transition service from Broughton House, set up in order to extend our provision beyond school age for young adults with Autism. Its emphasis is on developing life, vocational and intellectual skills that will support a successful transition into adult life.
Our philosophy and approach is centred on meeting specific individual needs using non-aversive positive intervention to support a young person with autism. A purposeful and calm atmosphere is encouraged through the consistency of approach adopted by all staff.
Accommodation in our Autism home has been carefully designed to meet the needs of the young people, including eight single bedrooms with en-suite shower facilities and two bathrooms.

Job Role
In this role you will;
Promote and ensure the good reputation of the company
Involvement in creating and maintaining cleaning regimes.
Carry out cleaning of all areas of the home
Ensure that equipment is clean and well maintained.
Complete monthly stock sheet.

Candidate Profile
We`re looking for people who have:
Knowledge of COSHH.
Knowledge of electrical cleaning equipment.
COSHH and Health and Safety training desirable.
Experience in a residential care environment.
