Graduate Talent Manager

We are recruiting a Graduate Talent Manager to lead the recruitment, development and rotational management for our Finance function. Currently we have a successful, and growing, one-year undergraduate programme, that's now into its second year, and we're planning to launch the graduate scheme for the 2018 intake. This exciting opportunity will own both undergraduate and graduate programmes.

The Graduate Talent Manager will have full end-to-end responsibility for both schemes - from building the graduate recruitment infrastructure to managing development rotations. You will attend career fairs; build relationships with universities and graduate suppliers; as well as developing our managers - ensuring our graduates are getting the best possible experience. You will have a passion for early careers and be a true Bupa ambassador. With full support from the finance leadership team, we're initially offering this role as a 12 month FTC, with strong potential to go permanent based on successes this next year. We may also consider a straight permanent position so please state clearly your availability in your application.

The graduate talent manager is required to start soon so we encourage applications from those immediately available and up to one month's notice period.

If you would like to find out more about the role, please reach out to me directly on LinkedIn - Orry Terrington - or click apply now to visit our careers site & download a full JD.

We are looking for a graduate recruitment and development manager that has the ambition to develop a best-in-class finance programme for Bupa and who wants to continually learn by being proactive across new developments affecting graduate recruitment. The right candidate should be able to manage ambiguity, be responsive to changing business needs, naturally collaborative to engage all stakeholders and have a passion for developing future leaders. We want you to own the design and delivery and be a true subject matter expert.
