I am delighted to be working exclusively with a distribution company based on Broadland Business Park. They are looking for a dedicated, trustworthy Sales Ledger and Credit Control professional to join their busy team.

Main duties will include: Accounting for cash, cheque and electronic payments.
Preparing cash and cheques for collection.
Entering receipts onto the computer system and allocating to customer accounts. Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate credit account for each customer.
Liaising with customers on any payment errors or queries and ensuring that these dealt with
Issuing credit notes to customers
Dealing with all sales ledger queries, as well as other accounts inquiries.
Preparing and sending out weekly (and monthly) statements of accounts. A mixture of email, post and the occasional hand delivered envelope.
Ensuring accounts are paid in good time.

The working hours are 9am - 5pm, they are offering an appealing salary and you will be working within a great team of people.
