Finance Business Partner
GiBe Finance are recruiting a permanent Finance Business Partner to support the growth of a business' Luxury division through development of the commercial and revenue management reporting structure for its consumers in over 50 countries around the world. The role will be pivotal in determining the profitability across regions and will help management’s strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews. The role is paying <£65k + £5.5k car + <30% bonus and offers a competitive benefits package.
The Role has three main elements as outlined below:
1. Commercial Finance
First point of contact for all financial issues in the selected region, manage internal stakeholders to mobilise financial funds/tools for growing the region
Value chain development and support with regional market development directors
Preparation of Regional Budget + 2 and reforecasts through the year
Provide the sales team with strong financial support through the planning process e.g. situation analysis, QMR reports etc
Rolling monthly view of commercial performance on an actual basis and year to go
Driving the Profitable Revenue Growth Agenda through analysis of market and brand data in each country
Supporting the Profitable Revenue Growth Agenda through analysis and evaluation of the plan, budget and forecast, ensuring the most profitable allocation of resources through financial insights and constructive challenge
Monitoring and reporting on the marketing investment agreements in place across each region
Scenario analysis and developing business models for RTM changes
2. Financial Control
- Co-ordinating the Shared Service provider to ensure delivery of Finance control, examples being but not limited to:
o Accounts receivable
o Accounts payable
o Tax reporting
o Review of Customer Credit limits
- Monthly review and insight of T&E
3. Performance Measurement & Reporting
Produce standard monthly, quarterly & annual KPI reports based on agreed KPIs
Produce monthly profitability reporting by region
Ad-hoc reporting to meet the needs of the business
You are likely to be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with a minimum of three years post qualified experience and be able to demonstrate your ability to interface and influence across multiple organisational levels with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
An intermediate to advance understanding of Microsoft Excel is essential and experience in SAP, HFM & BW is advantageous.
