Design Administrator - creative and progressive!
Are you looking for an administrative role with a difference? A highly sophisticated and successful boutique business has an incredibly unique position available for a Design Administrator. In this role you will be primarily focussed on creating client pitches and management documentation - this is the perfect position in which to show off your creative flair!
You will be producing material of the highest calibre, including flyers, brochures and website content. You will also be responsible for designing all documentation for pitch presentations, which will hopefully lead to the winning of new work! You will need to have demonstrable experience of Photoshop, Prezi and PowerPoint packages, either through recent work and education. You will need to be able to develop your knowledge of the company quickly, and show a willingness to work quickly and to pressured deadlines.
You will also be providing administrative support to the office. Duties will include:
Answering calls and dealing with telephone enquiries.
Meeting and greeting clients.
Administering monthly expenses.
Preparing meeting rooms for presentations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an office environment, as well as considerable design experience. This is a fast paced and highly varied role, and you will need to be enthusiastic, flexible and confident in your tasks.
The salary for this position is in the region of £21000, and you will be based in a fantastic Birmingham city centre office.
