-We're a small family type company, operating for 26 years. Based in Shoreditch we have around 30 people, one office and friendships for a lifetime. We operate in 3 continents with events in London, Hong Kong, Seattle, New York, Boston, and Amsterdam so international travel is a benefit of working for a business like ours.Our MD and management team all get stuck in and have front line responsibilities, because we believe in leading by example.We're growing. 1 new geo in 2017, 2 new geo's already planned in for 2018 on top of the 13 global conferences already in place. Some of our events have grown by over 50% year on year.We offer variety. We have three very well developed portfolios that are market leading in the Financial Services, Mobile Gaming and Human Resources markets (with new brands being researched for launch in Q3 2018).The OfferWe're a win and retain business. Although you will begin focused on new business, every new client you win, you then retain moving forward. Naturally growth is always about bringing in new business but the balance will shift from 90% new business to around 50% new business by year 2). For the first year however you will need to be someone who is happy driving new business almost all of the time.Commission. We have (genuinely) one of the most rewarding commission schemes for new business in the industry. You earn a % of all revenue which you generate and once you exceed your quarterly new business target we will pay you 15% to 20% on all revenue! Commission is also paid monthly.Training, promotion and development. Come in, show your worth, demonstrate your leadership qualities and we will make sure we put you in a place where you can make the biggest impact for yourself and the business. We also have strong training and development in place to support your journey.Role and RequirementsIf you want a role where you are given freedom, responsibility, an opportunity to rise quickly and make a bucket full of cash, then we'd like to talk to you. Our events are of the highest quality and once we get a client on board they stay with us for the long haul, so rest assured that you will be selling sponsorship around valuable and high quality content-driven global events.As Sponsorship Sales Exec you will be responsible for delivering new sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of events and that sponsorship will include a variety of speaking opportunities, advertising and marketing opps as well as exhibition space. We don't run a micro-managed sales environment and instead judge people on their financial results. Therefore we look for people who are self-motivated and ambitious. Your clients will be a mix of businesses wanting to sell their products to Asset Managers but primarily sit within IT/Software and consultancy. The largest event in London attracts around 550 delegates.Key Skills / Values /Attributes:

Other information -Formal working hours are 9-5:30pm but you would likely work flexible hours if you are working on the New York or Hong Kong eventsº Average deal size is around £8k and quarterly target would be around £45kº A number of sponsors pay to sponsor multiple events in the portfolioº The company portfolio is their largest in the companyº The role exists due to expansion. Some of the events have grown by over 50% year on year!º the company has 8 global events per yearº They deliver around £1.4m in revenue (£1.1m from sponsorship)
