As part of the overall in investment in technology across the business they are looking to transform the technology inside their contact centres, based on this you will be responsible for helping them to design and revolutionise how it operates, incorporating Digital transformation, Cloud and Big Data.
What you will need to succeed
You will have a proven track-record as the Lead Technical Architect for multiple global contact-centre transformations at major corporate organisations, you will also have experience with cutting-edge technology in this area and will have worked with Genesys, Avaya and Salesforce.
