Finance lead for a highly reputable market leading organisation who providing safe, secure, reliable and cost effective services within both nuclear and non-nuclear related markets.
A profitable, dynamic business with a £70 million turnover per annum, employing 420 staff. As Head of Finance, you will ensure strong governance and best practice. You will work closely with the Finance Director and Executive Team, providing meaningful information to support informed business decision-making and acting at all times with the highest standards of professional and ethical behaviour. Strong technical knowledge combined with good commercial acumen, you will satisfy public expectations of probity and accountability. A strong, robust leader, with the personal authority and experience of operating as a senior finance partner in a comparable complex entity.
Working with and influencing key stakeholders, with responsibility for managing all accounting processes across the business and delivering on Company’s strategy, budgeting and financial planning processes. With 4 direct reports and several more indirect, strong leadership qualities including the ability to motivate and develop individuals within the finance team is ranked of high importance. Demonstrative evidence of leading change projects and risk management is highly desirable.
This is a full time, permanent appointment - average hours of 40 hours per week (flexibility on this will be considered).
Salary and Benefits:
- Negotiable, in the region of £65,000 - £75,000 dependant on experience
- Company Car allowance, paid monthly (unpensionable)
- Company bonus - up to 10% based on company KPI’s
- Personal bonus - up to 10% based on personal objectives
