We are looking for a Presentation Specialist to work with a leading global investment firm.

As the Presentation Specialist you will provide key support to the sales teams, producing PowerPoint presentations for clients, conferences, and internal meetings.

You will have experience of working within a fast-paced environment and within a corporate brand where you will be working directly with internal clients to complete presentation requests, therefore you must have good communication skills and be confident in talking through the workflow, deadline and expectations of the job along with balancing multiple assignments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create PowerPoint Presentations to a high standard and with brand guidelines
  • Create and manage master slides within the web-based content management system
  • Format numerical data, charts, text, photographs, and other visual graphic elements
  • Proofread work for accuracy of typing, layout, consistency, and format
  • Work on multiple assignments with competing deadlines, whilst coordinating work with international offices

Skills required:

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including template design and slide animation
  • Working knowledge of Adobe creative suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills
  • German/Dutch language would be a distinct advantage
  • Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills

Ideally you will have experience of working within a financial environment and have a mixture of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
