An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently seeking a Project Coordinator - Marketing & Communications for the Marketing function of the Refreshments Insights Team, to be based at Unilever's Global HQ in Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months, Monday-Friday paying up to £43,000 per annum pro rata. CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START BY 1ST AUGUST LATEST.

This role would suit a digital savvy candidate from a project management background who is accustomed to:
*To providing administrative & executive secretarial support to senior figures such as VP's
*Utilising Excel and managing data and technology.
*Producing presentations with integration from multiple sources.
*Utilising Skype, Digital apps for expenses, Linked In, Events Management and set up.
*Some experience of drafting internal and external communications.
*Working with a demanding VP schedule, interfaces and correspondences whose priorities may conflict.

Background of Position:
The Refreshment Insights Team Planner is to manage executive administration and project management support to the Vice President and team of directors in organisation, setting up the delivery of schedules, operations, communications and events, and management of projects and budgets across multiple interfaces.

*Distil information from primary and secondary research (e.g. market information, ad hoc research, Google searches) to provide synthesis and key themes into presentations in multiple delivery formats such as powerpoint, excel, posts and webcasts
*Project management end to end delivery with internal teams and external agencies: assimilate briefs, coordinate and conduct with suppliers, manage project planning on time within budgets, develop process and service catalogues
*Build internal and external communication content, curating content from multiple sources, formatting and disseminating on digital channels

Skills and Experience
*This role requires proven experience as an organised and coordinator at senior levels
*Strong excel skills
*Strong Project management skills.
*Experience in managing office processes and where necessary, developing new approaches to meeting changing needs.
*Critically, the jobholder must have superb coordination skills
*Efficient, self-motivated, organized, a good communicator using multiple mediums, and IT / digital savvy.
*Able to work independently under time pressures, juggle multiple priorities and solution provision for clashes/conflicts in systems, diaries and events
*Experience in generating presentations, communication materials internal and external and basic data management.
