Person Specification for SEN Teaching Assistant 1:1
To be considered you must be a purposeful graduate who has already held a paid or volunteer role where you supported SEN children and at least received a 2:1 in your degree. You will have the drive to communicate well with teachers and pupils and deal with challenging situations with confidence. You will have a natural affinity for SEN education and the ability to forge strong bonds. The school needs a graduate who has a naturally encouraging personality and a naturally empathetic disposition.
