We're in search of a PSO/Project Coordinator to work for an innovative, unique business in Norwich.
You will use your experience to hit the ground running and contribute by developing stakeholder relationships, prioritizing and scoping deliverables before assembling the right team to iteratively deliver complex business outcomes.

Provide Project Management or Project Support for new business initiatives Support the client development process provide administration duties for the Project team.
Administer consultancy orders
Maintenance of a centralised consultant's diary
Maintain the staff skill matrix
Set up projects on their CRM System
Become the Key User and Administrator
Create services reports including Timesheet analysis, services backlog and forecast and other related reports on an ad-hoc basis
Recommend and undertake process improvements within the Project Office
Establish a project document library and manage ongoing usage
Essential skills needed:
1 year experience in Projects or Business Admin
Proficient in MS Project and/or the MS Office Suite of products
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
