Computer People are proud to be working with an industry leading organisation on their search for an IT Support Analyst to join them to provide 1st and 2nd line support. They are looking for someone who has the drive and energy to work within a small team. Its a busy and exciting time to join, as they look to grow their IT outfit significantly over the coming months.

They need systems and solutions that will grow with them as a business and allow them to reach their full potential and to also remain competitive within their industry.
You will have already had experience working in a busy and fast paced service desk environment and be well versed in incident management and problem management - responsible for the receipt, diagnosis and fixing of and various faults supplied by the Service Manager. I would like to see someone with some Database knowledge too (SQL or Oracle) You'll have helpdesk and software support exposure and be experienced in new account set ups, password resets and licence management.
I want a bright, ambitious IT Support Analyst who can work with pace in a busy environment where requirements can change at a moments notice!
This role is based in Bristol on a permanent basis only offering up to £28,000 plus wider company benefits.
