Finance Assistant Manager

Exciting opportunity to join an international integrating trading company that also looks to invest into enterprises and projects to assist companies with their growth and expansion into new markets.

The firm operates out of prestigious offices in Central London on the bank of the Thames and is backed by a global network of more than 70,000 people.

The firm is a leader in their field and is enjoying success and growth hence why they are looking to hire another Assistant Manager who will be responsible for:


  • Manage a team of 6 personnel to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting services
  • Maintenance of the General Ledger, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet for assigned branches. Complete other accounting related tasks such as the production of financial statements and supplementary schedules for quarter end
  • Assist in any necessary change of accounting system such as SAP
  • Directly report into the Department General Manager - Accounting

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Educated to Degree level
  • ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Prior management experience is required, along with proven track record in mentoring and developing staff
  • Experienced user of SAP
  • Able and willing to travel across UK & Europe
  • Strong all round communication skills - able to relay financial information to a wide audience, influence and liaise directly with senior stakeholders / Board members
