Lloyd Recruitment Services have a fantastic job opportunity for a capable Administrator to join a well establish and reputable leading engineering company based in East Grinstead within the Purchasing and Production team.
Office hours 9am till 5pm and onsite parking.
- Be responsible for the purchase and control of materials
- Liaise with suppliers and technical staff providing daily production information
- Maintain company procedures and policies for the control of stock.
- Attending meetings with large suppliers and possible clients
- Accurately support and maintain department records and trackers.
- Checking stock levels and producing pricing
- Updating the in-house system on a daily basis
Skills and Responsibilities needed:
- Proven administration skills
- Previous purchasing experience
- Must be numerate and IT literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to use own initiative in a busy environment
