Accountancy Action is actively recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant on behalf of a growing organisation in London.

The purpose of the role is to be an initial point of contact for both internal and external queries in relation to payments and the accounts payable process in full.

Main Duties:

  • Processing all purchase ledger transactions in a timely manner
  • Processing all payable invoices daily
  • Processing staff and volunteer expenses
  • Credit card expenses
  • Updating all records
  • Petty cash
  • Foreign currency payments
  • Point of contact for all queries
  • Responsibility for balance of suspense account
