Do you want to sell groundbreaking, innovative, finance and accounting software to some of the biggest names in financial industry? My client are a rapidly expanding fin-tech software firm whose shares have rocketed over 100% within the last year, and now they need someone to be based at their St Paul’s office in London to sell their cutting edge software to help them continue smashing their sales targets.
The organisation prides themselves on promoting a culture that maximises career progression and employee development. The lack of a set promotion structure within the company means that they can instead focus on organic growth, allowing them to promote employees at every opportunity, when their performance is deserving of one.
The role will involve working across the sales life cycle. From targeting and building relationships with new clients, to managing the relationships once you have sold them the software. You will focus on collaborating with other areas of the business, such as the marketing and product teams, to run effective sales campaigns across Europe that will entice and lure in new clients to drive up software revenue.
I am looking for an intelligent, forward-thinking individual with a passion for sales. You will have to be enthusiastic and think strategically to identify the best opportunities for additional sales, as well as managing on-going relationships to maintain current revenues.
Other desired skills may include:
- Understanding of finance and IT to ensure you fully understand the products and software being sold
- Good communication skills to allow you to work effectively when interacting with customers, as well as to work well within the sales team
- Strong relationship building skills

Salary: Up to £85,000 basic salary, £1750,000 OTE as well as other considerable benefits
