My client's a team of friendly, professional and dedicated IT Support Engineers based in London Docklands. Due to continued growth, they now require a 3rd Line Support Engineer who is client facing to provide pro-active IT support to clients based in Central London and the City.

Working very closely with each other they try to operate with a real family feel. At times you will be working on your own, but you will always have support, guidance and training when required. Their unique approach means you will take responsibility for specific clients IT Supports needs and take ownership of all Project requirements.

You should have previous experience in a similar role where you have carried out IT Support to 3rd party clients in a Managed Services environment.

Your technical skills should include the following Microsoft tech including Windows 7, Windows Server 2012, Active Directory, Exchange, HyperV and Office 365. You should also have experience of Cisco Routers and Fireswalls including ISR and ASA.
