We are seeking 2-3 International Sales Executives, with a true passion for sales, to join International Research Networks (IRN), a young, rapidly growing events business organising high level business conferences & summits across the globe. Experience within event or related sales is a bonus but not . Most importantly you will be looking to build a career within an international focused business.

Joining as an International Sales Executive you will work at the forefront of the business, selling high level sponsorship packages and delegate places to new and existing client around the world over the phone. Whether you are researching new growth areas for sales, attending industry events, pitching to new customers or producing sales plans, you will play an integral role within the sales team. The team is young and international.

With a base salary of £22,000 p/a and huge earning potential (uncapped monthly commission - realistic £35K Year 1 OTE) expect an exciting and rewarding opportunity within a growing business.

To qualify…You will need to be a tenacious, driven and sales focused Graduate / Sales Executive seeking an opportunity where your input will make a real difference. Your CV should highlight:

  • Degree educated or proven high value sales experience
  • A true passion for sales and a desire to have a career in this sector
  • The ability to engage with senior level executives across multiple industries
  • A calm mind under pressure
  • A hunger to reach and exceed targets
  • Ambition and a money-motivated focus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of a language would be beneficial eg French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Farsi etc (although this is not compulsory).

Experience in conference / event delegate / sponsorship sales is preferred although certainly not compulsory!
