Working on behalf of a top IFA firm based in the City of London, we have an opportunity for a star back office team member to come on board as a Senior Financial Administrator. This is a role for someone who wants to bring their experience and provide excellent support to the wider team.
Covering the whole range of financial management and employee benefits this company needs someone who knows the industry and can bring previous knowledge to really excel in the company. You will be responsible for providing support across the team and becoming a lynch pin for your colleagues. As Senior Financial Administrator you will be able to assist junior colleagues with their requests as well as handle a busy and ever changing workload.
As Senior Financial Administrator your main roles will include collating reports, assist with new business pitches, be able to maintain client databases and set up new clients on the system, liaise with clients and the Advisor team to keep up to date on all aspects of the business and be prepared to help with the organising and research for presentations and meetings. This role needs a Senior Financial Administrator who is willing to help out wherever requested.
To be considered for the role of Senior Financial Administrator you will have a minimum of 3 years working directly within an IFA, demonstrate strong communication skills, be able to prioritise workload and excel in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
