Salary: c. £55,000 basic plus benefits

Due to continued expansion, our Client are now looking to further grow their UK sales team and continue to increase their portfolio of clients.

Sales Manager - The role

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager who can demonstrate a proven track record of managing, training and growing a lead generation sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of lead generation executives focused generating leads for the sales team. The position requires a strong, hands-on leader who can support yet stimulate the team and create a high energy and motivated environment. Further responsibilities include creating incentive plans and ensuring the team achieves all set KPI's.

Core skills and background include:

• Strong background in inside sales and/or sales management required
• Experience of managing a graduate team would also be beneficial
• Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a roll-up-the-sleeves and get the job done attitude
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
• Passion for coaching and mentoring individuals
• Completely invested in driving both individual contributor and team success
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills
• Ability to create and track individual and team metrics
• Creative self-starter
• The ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline
• Great commercial acumen
It is key that this person is a strong coach and mentor; someone who can train, develop and nurture the team members to achieve excellent performance and over achieve on targets.
