My client is a modern and innovative provider of security solutions and property services on both a B2B and B2C scale. They currently have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join their well established business in a business development capacity.
Working as the Area Sales Manager for the North-West, you will be tasked with the development of new client opportunities through traditional business development activity.
You will attend networking events, make use of marketing material, visit clients, knock and doors and pick up the phone. It is a multi-faceted and fast paced role predominantly based out in the field so excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
This is a solution based sales role so we are looking for a highly consultative sales person comfortable with selling a concept and not a physical product to the customer.
The key duties of the role are:
- Prospecting calls to potential new business
- Attending client meetings to consultatively sell a service
- Working to targets and KPIs
- Account managing clients
- Building relationships with key clients
The right individual will have:
- Experience of a consultative, solution based sales role
- Strong experience within a business development position
- A target driven and ambitious nature
The basic salary for the role will be between £28,000 - £32,000 with a company car, phone and laptop. The commission structure is uncapped and in the region of £10,000+ annually.
