Ad Operations & Programmatic Hybrid - Leading Luxury Ecommerce & Fashion Brand - £35,000- £50,000


We are hiring for an Ad Operations specialist to join an exciting new Ad Operations team - our client are a leading luxury fashion brand & ecommerce platform.

They have state of the art offices in the heart of Shoreditch and are one of the fastest growing companies across Europe - they have offices in London, LA, New York & Hong Kong to name a few.

As an Ad Operations specialist you will be responsible for the delivery of all campaigns across display & mobile throughout the digital ecosystem. In addition, you will have the chance to learn and grow your programmatic knowledge, working closely with the Programmatic team.

You will also have opportunities to learn all cross channel technologies across paid social, search, etc if this is an area you would like to increase your knowledge.


  • Work closely with the Advertising Sales team on all pre & post-campaign reporting
  • Be in charge of managing all inventory ensuring that all inventory is optimised and there is no under or over booking
  • Work closely with the internal Technology & Marketing teams
  • Be the go to expert for all things technical - including queries and troubleshooting of creative campaigns
  • Offering the highest level of customer service to clients
  • Work with the Programmatic team on buying media and optimising in DBM


  • At least 2 year’s experience within a campaign management or advertising operations role working with leading ad servers, such as Google Doubleclick, Sizmek & Flashtalking
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & Javascript
  • An analytical mindset and methodical approach - extensive Excel skills and an ability make recommendations based on statistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for all things digital, regularly keeping up to date on new technologies
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and meet client KPI’s
  • BA/ BSc required
