Group Reporting Manager
Your new company
A leading international insurance business is looking to hire a Group Reporting Manager to join the London finance function in a senior capacity. This is a highly profitable, growing business looking to hire the top talent in the market to continue to develop their market leading status.
Your new role
You will be responsible for management reporting, financial accounting and internal controls for the group. This involves half year and annual reports and group consolidations. The role also has responsibility for 3 direct reports and oversight of the management accounting and reporting processes. You will be business partnering with senior stakeholders ensuring internal processes and controls are adhered to.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with a strong technical grounding from accountancy practice with 3-5 years post qualification experience. You will need to have previous experience leading teams and have a strong technical accountancy skills including statutory reporting and group consolidations. You will need to be driven and motivated wanting to make an impact in the business and drive improvements and change.
