This is an exciting newly created role within this growing global womens fashion brand. The role will ask you to truly define and then grow the e-commerce business the brand drives through carefully selected online partners including Amazon, Shop Direct and Next. The role will be critical for the successful growth of the UK business, being accountable for a significant share of the UK turnover.

You:
You will be an established National Account Manager with significant experience managing online accounts (experience of partnering with Amazon is essential) and growing your business. You'll be a winner, driven to exceed your individual and company goals by building and maintaining amazing relationships with your accounts as well as your colleagues.

The Role:
- Drive the strategic and sustainable growth of the assigned account base in line to the yearly budget; this includes accounts such as Shop Direct, Next and Amazon
- Own the seasonal assortment plans to deliver the most commercial product selection
- Review of sell out and assortment enhancements in season to maximise the in season trade
- Build a close partnership with the digital team to bring brand consistency to our 3rd party e-commerce sites
- Work with the marketing team on seasonal co-op marketing campaigns to promote the brand and new collection
- Build strong business relationships with the buying & merchandising teams to support the continued growth of the brand
- Manage the commercial terms and contract negotiations with the buyer

Experience:
- Established National Account Manager within fashion / footwear / FMCG
- Account management experience with the UK online accounts (to include Amazon, Shop Direct, Next)
- Experience growing and managing a business of £4M+
- Strategic in your mindset and business approach but also happy to be hands-on and get stuck in to the day-to-day
- Strong communication skills, customer orientated with a collaborative approach, great at building relationships
- Financially savvy, able to manage your business plan and budget
- Tenacious and hungry to succeed, with the determination to raise the game and make a difference - you see challenge as opportunity and are a problem solver
- Flexible and approachable, comfortable operating in a changing environment
