Experienced Bookkeeper / Credit Controller for expanding business in Sudbury paying up to £25,000

Your new company
This rapidly expanding business are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper who understands the importance of credit control and managing cashflow.

Your new role
In this permanent accounts job in Sudbury you will be responsible for all aspects of purchase ledger, sales ledger and bank account reconciliations. They key aspect of this role will involve credit control therefore you must be confident talking to their customers in collecting outstanding payments. This will involve resolving invoice issues for example obtaining PO's etc, raise credit notes and agreeing repayment terms. You will work closely with the Finance Director in analysing cashflow and on-going aged debt reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in credit control and ledger processing skills along with ideally an AAT qualification which demonstrates your experience in bookkeeping. You will be a confident communicator as you will be dealing with internal and external customers.
