We are a small but dynamic company within the fashion industry (Optical Frames) working with customers and distributors worldwide. From humble beginnings to what is today a successful global brand, William Morris London employ staff, agents and distributors all over the world.
We are seeking an Export Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Team focusing on 4 key markets - Australia/Netherlands/Belgium/Germany to help develop our brand awareness throughout these countries. The individual will help assist these markets to increase their sales for William Morris and to create new business opportunities.
The individual will support the work of the Marketing Manager on projects directed at maximising company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.
The candidate should have fresh ideas, creativity and an innovative approach. Importantly, the candidate must be a self-starter, be able to work in a team but also be able to work alone. A generator of ideas and vision.
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
- Analysing promotions/campaigns (feedback on success/strengths/weaknesses)
- Writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
- Organising and hosting presentations and customer visits
- Assisting with promotional activities
- Visiting customers/distributors to find out their needs/wants
- Helping to organise market research
The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager in other functions, such as campaigns, market research, POS, exhibitions, promotions and business development.

Qualifications & Experience:
You will have experience in creating and delivering targeted, innovative strategies that show a clear return on investment. This role needs a pragmatic, dynamic and creative individual with excellent communication skills.
You will hold a Marketing or Communications Degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years’ experience preferred, ideally gained within the B2B sector
