Application Support Analyst

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

My client who are based in London are looking for an Application Support Analyst to work in the Housing systems team supporting the Northgate Housing system as well as a new MS Dynamics CRM system that has just been implemented into the business.

Key Responsibilities

- To support the operation of business applications within the framework set out by the IT service level agreement. To support interfacing of data to and from business application ensuring the quality of data by effective input validation and reporting of out lying values to the relevant departments.

- To provide the administration and maintenance functions for key Applications for use in all business units in the Group. The key business applications currently used by the group are:

  • Northgate Housing
  • MS Dynamics CRM
  • (EDM)
  • Deeplake Communication Manager
  • Capita Integra P2P
  • Interact intranet.


  • Solid understanding of housing management processes and ability to balance customer needs with business goals in supporting systems would be an advantage.
  • Maintenance and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 2011/2013
  • An understanding of writing basic queries and to troubleshoot performance in Microsoft SQL Server 2003 and 2008 and Oracle.
  • Knowledge of Windows systems, web technologies and basic networking principles.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Basic Windows Server 2003 and 2008 performance troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic understanding of VMWare and Citrix environments.
