Assistance Finance Officer
The Assistant Finance Officer is a fundamental role within the Finance team who will work alongside and offer support to the Finance Officers in order to assist them in processing and completing the continuing finance functions of our client. In addition, the Assistant Finance Officer will work in tandem with other Finance team members as well as Accounting and Planning & Analysis to assist with their roles and ensure the Finance function upholds a unified operation.
You would be expected to support and undertake a series of financial and (finance) administrative related tasks that facilitate the continually successful running of the Finance office, including:
• Supporting Sales ledger daily processing activities, i.e. invoicing and client receipting
• Assist other finance members with their daily responsibilities
• Aid in the completion of ad-hoc projects to develop the Finance department
• Reconciliation of Sales Accounts
• General administration as requested
• Upholding sales ledger reporting
• Coordinate the electronic filing of all sales ledger information
