Beer Dispense Technical Surveyor

Location: London (Including within M25)
Remuneration Package: £25K - £28K p.a..Inc.
Contract: Full time, Permanent - 43 Hours per Week
Benefits: Monthly Bonus Scheme, London weighting of £1,500 (when residing within the M25 boundary),

Due to continued growth and expansion our client, an industry leader within the beer dispense industry is currently recruiting for a Beer Dispense Technical Surveyor to join their expanding team. About the role of Beer Dispense Technical Surveyor:

This is a pivotal role my client and their customers, including some industry leading brewing companies! You will ensure that the customer's vision of their bar refurbishment is achieved effortlessly and successfully by providing technical solutions accurately surveyed on site, with professional technical guidance given throughout their project.

You will be working on a daily basis in pubs, clubs, hotels, leisure sites and sporting venues. The job specification on each site will vary greatly due to the different structure and fabric of the building being refurbished, this will lead to a varied and interesting role which you will excel in with exceptional customer service in mind.

The role of Beer Dispense Technical Surveyor has many responsibilities, including:

  • Planning of best Python routes taking into account restriction of the building.
  • Advise of Electrical or Water requirements to the outlet.
  • Advise on duration of work and impact to customer`s dispense.
  • Ensure that Brand Dispense Specifications are achieved.
  • Ensure that Installation Standards are adhered to.
  • Undertake customer training to ensure the best quality product is possible.
  • Planning of own workload to achieve Customer Agreed Service Levels.

Who are we looking for? - The successful candidate should display the following:

  • Experience of working with the Drinks Dispense Industry, preferably as a Maintenance or Installation Technician.
  • Excellent customer service skills as there will be daily interaction with customers both within an outlet and also with Sales Representatives from Brewers.
  • You will be computer literate; the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel is required on a daily basis, and due to the nature of the role, you will hold a full, clean UK Driver`s license.

Equipment to be provided to the successful Installation Technician:
Van, Laptop, Mobile Phone, Uniform Inc. Safety Shoes, PPE
