An FM Contract Support job in Birmingham, working for a global service provider and FTSE 250 business
Your new company
A global FM service provider are looking for a Contract Support to assist with a significant contract in Birmingham. The business have a great industry reputation and believe in promoting from within, providing the best support and recognition for their teams. Due to some significant contract wins and a new maintenance portfolio budget of £1.5m, the organisation are expanding their team and are looking for support on the contract.
Your new role
In your new role as a Contract Support and using the internal Dynamic system, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and CAFM reporting for the team. You will provide excellent customer service and conduct maintenance visits as necessary. The organisation are looking to bring someone in on an immediate 3 month fixed term contract, while making the transition to permanent when the new contract begins.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need exceptional organisation and administrative skills, with a strong background in FM. You will need to have knowledge of Concept Evolution and CAFM reporting, using their Dynamic system for invoicing and billing. You will also need excellent customer service and reporting skills.
