My client is a growing global marketing agency who work with some of the most prestigious brand such as Chanel and Tiffany. They are currently looking to expand their sales team who are currently responsible for bring on new business. They are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to really drive forward I this role.

They currently work with some of the most prestigious brands in the world and have been responsible for some truly memorable campaigns. Their core market focuses on high end fashion and consumer brands.


The role of a business development manager will focus on developing new business with previously un-touched clients. Your aim will be to research the markets place and build up target clients who you feel will be potential clients. Using the training you will be provided you will target these client, build interest and set up meeting for sales managers to pitch and close business


The Successful Business development Manager will have the following skills

Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person

Understanding or interest in marketing and technology

Be willing to learn about new industry sectors and the business itself

Influencing skills - ability to build relationships both internally and externally

Can do positive attitude - be able to pick yourself up from set backs

Tenacity and drive - a key factor for success in sales and business development

A consultative and professional manner where you can advise and guide clients

Job Offer

The successful Business Development Manager will receive

A basic salary of circa £25,000

OTE structure £20k on top of basic
