You will be supported in your development and everyday activity by your fellow colleagues at the service including the scheme Team Leader who you will report into and the Scheme Manager. Although we have an established and effective framework of policies and procedures in place to support both you and the service users, you will also liaise, seek advice from and work closely with external and statutory organisations such as social services, health authorities, the probation service and other specialist providers as required.
The working hours for this role are 36.25 hours per week, as we provide a 24 hour service on occasion you will need to cover the occasional weekend.
